Most used-appliance containers are a coin toss. Ours are a spec sheet: written grades, function tests logged by serial number, and an evidence pack per batch, before money moves.

The evidence pack, what you receive per batch
Words are free. Evidence is what you buy with.
1. Per-unit test log
Serial number × test result grid: power-on, program run, motor/pump load, heating element, safety cut-off. Excel format, yours to audit.
2. Batch photo set
Representative units per grade: front, back, control panel, drum/tub interior, nameplate with model & year code.
3. Run videos
Wash/spin cycles or microwave heating runs filmed per sampled units, timestamped, linked per batch ID.
4. Loading footage
Container loading sequence + door-seal photo. You see density, stacking and your spare-parts box go in.

What we never trade, and why that protects you
❌ Used cooling appliances
Nigeria bans used compressors/ACs/fridges; Ghana since 2013; East Africa’s 2025 MEPS closes the rest. Non-compliant cooling seizes at port, we won’t be part of that.
❌ Used TVs & screens
Screen-crack rates in container transit make them structurally loss-making. We sell what survives the ocean.
❌ Waste or as-is loads
Everything we ship is tested working and declared honestly as used goods. Failed units are dismantled for parts, never “padded in”.
