- Claims: photo/video of the unit + serial tag, within window. Response ≤48 working hours; resolution credited or parts shipped.
- Exclusions: misuse, power surges, unauthorized repair, normal-wear cosmetics. Transit damage claims go to the cargo insurer, document at delivery.
- Repeat clients: standing spare-parts stock reserved against your SKU list for faster replenishment.
The Safe Payment Protocol
Importers lose more money to payment fraud than to bad goods, including hacked-email account-switch scams that cost one importer $100,000. Six rules, no exceptions:
1. Corporate account, matching name
Money goes only to the corporate account named in the contract. The receiving account name MUST match “Apex Home Export” — every time.
2. Never accept account changes
If any “updated bank details” email arrives, even from our address, stop. Call the known WhatsApp number and verify by live video before anything else. No exceptions.
3. 30/70 with video proof
30% deposit; 70% only after you’ve watched your units run on video and seen loading footage.
4. Third-party inspection
SGS / Bureau Veritas / Intertek welcome at your cost before loading, we load after the inspector signs.
5. Same-name payer policy
Your transfer must come from the company on the PI. Third-party payers need a signed declaration, protects both sides from fraud and freezes.
6. Restricted-bank screening
Iraq-route and high-risk corridors: we screen sending banks against published restricted lists before accepting funds.
