A summary of how we trade, the binding version lives in each signed PI/contract.
The rules on every order

| Quotations | Written, USD-denominated, valid 7 days, itemizing FOB, freight and grade definitions. Verbal or expired quotes are not binding. |
| Payment | 30% USD T/T deposit with order; 70% against copy of Bill of Lading, before telex/express release. Receiving account is corporate, named in the contract, and never changes mid-order, see our Safe Payment Protocol. |
| Incoterms | FOB Chinese port (standard) or CIF on request. Buyer is importer of record and is responsible for confirming import eligibility, duties and clearance in the destination market. |
| Title retention | Legal title to the goods remains with Apex Home Export until payment has cleared in full; the B/L release evidences transfer. |
| Grades & quality | Used goods are sold per the written A/B/C grading standard with per-serial test logs. Claims follow the windows on the quality page (Grade A 90 days / Grade B 30 days), with photo/video evidence by serial. |
| Declarations | Used goods declared as used; new as new. We do not under-invoice, misdeclare categories, or ship prohibited used goods to any destination. |
| Delivery & demurrage | Lead times are stated per order; ocean transit is per carrier schedule. Demurrage/storage at destination arising from consignee delays are for the buyer’s account. |
| Disputes | First resolved commercially between the parties with evidence (photos/video/serials). Unresolved disputes go to arbitration at CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission). |

What we do with your information
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, company, destination market, WhatsApp number/email and enquiry details, plus order and shipping documents when we trade. This website itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts by default.
How it is used
To quote, execute and document your orders, and to contact you about them. With your opt-in, batch updates via WhatsApp. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties except carriers, inspectors and banks directly involved in your order.
How to be removed
One message on WhatsApp or email, we delete your contact details from our records, keeping only what law or tax rules require us to keep for completed transactions.
Payments
We never take card details on this site. Trade payments move by bank transfer to our corporate account only, per the Safe Payment Protocol.
