1. About these terms

These terms govern (a) your use of this website and (b) enquiries and orders for wholesale appliances placed with Apex Home Export (“we”, “us”), based in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The binding document for any order is the signed Proforma Invoice (PI)/contract, which incorporates these terms unless expressly varied in writing.

2. Quotes and orders

• All quotations are written, denominated in USD, and valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
• An order is formed when we accept your deposit against a PI. Verbal statements, chat messages and expired quotes are not binding.
• Used appliances are sold per our written A/B/C grading standard; grades are defined with photo rubrics and per-serial test logs.

3. Payment

• Standard terms: 30% deposit with order; 70% against copy of Bill of Lading, before release of the original/telex release.
• Payments are accepted only to the corporate bank account named in the PI. The receiving account never changes during the life of an order; treat any “account change” message as fraud and verify by live video call.
• We do not extend credit to first-time buyers. Chargebacks and reversed transfers suspend all performance.

4. Delivery, risk and import compliance

• Deliveries are FOB Chinese port (standard) or CIF by agreement. Risk passes per the applicable Incoterms 2020 rule.
• The buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for confirming that the goods may lawfully be imported into the destination market, and for duties, taxes and clearance.
• Stated lead times and transit times are good-faith estimates; carrier schedules, inspections and force majeure events may affect them.

5. Warranty and claims

• Used goods carry the warranty stated per grade (Grade A: 90 days; Grade B: 30 days from arrival; Grade C: as-is working). New OEM lines carry the warranty stated in the PI (typically 12 months, spare-parts basis).
• Claims require photo/video evidence with serial tags within the applicable window. Verified claims are resolved by parts shipment or credit against a subsequent order.
• Exclusions include misuse, power surges, unauthorized repair, and normal cosmetic wear. Transit damage is handled through cargo insurance.

6. Categories we do not supply

We do not trade used refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners or compressors; used televisions; counterfeit or lookalike-brand goods; or waste electrical equipment. Orders requesting such goods will be declined.

7. Website use and intellectual property

• Site content (text, photos, grading standards, pricing structures) is provided for information and may change without notice. Catalog photos are representative; the goods are identified by the PI and packing list.
• You may not reproduce our content commercially without written permission. “Apex Home Export” and the site branding are our trade identifiers.
• The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind regarding availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit, business or data). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

Disputes are first addressed commercially between the parties with supporting evidence. Unresolved disputes are referred to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). These terms are governed by the law applicable to the signed contract.
